How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the order and the shipping destination. To calculate shipping, simply add the desired products to the online shopping cart, enter your zip/postal code, select the proper shipping method (US Priority or Parcel Post for USA; Priority Mail International for Int'l), and shipping will be automatically calculated for you.

How long after you receive my order will it be shipped?

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. If your order is placed on a weekend, the order is usually shipped on Monday. (Note: There may be times, due to heavy demand, that we cannot ship an order within 24 hours; however, every attempt will be made to ship orders as fast as possible. Wholesale orders may be delayed, so please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.) NOTE: We have been experiencing delays in meeting the overwhelming demand for certain products. We will make every attempt to ship them as soon as possible.

How is my order shipped?

For orders to US addresses, US Priority Mail or US Parcel Post may be selected in the online checkout process. (Note: Free shipping offers only apply to the US Parcel Post shipping method to US addresses, and minimum purchase (subtotal) must be met.)

International orders are shipped via Priority Mail Internations (and must be selected in the shipping area of the shopping cart).

How long after my order ships will I receive it? [Please read next question and answer also.]

US Priority Mail orders, sent to US addresses, are received in 2-3 shipping days after order has been shipped.

US Parcel Post orders, sent to US addresses, are received in 5-10 shipping days after order has been shipped.


International orders may take up to 10 days.

What should I do if I have not received my order (in the time indicated above)?

If your order was shipped to an address in the USA, and it has been more than 14 shipping days since your order was placed, please contact us via email. [See insurance information below.]

If your orders was shipped to an address outside the USA and has not arrived in the specified time, please contact your local postal/custom authorities to inquire about your package. Due to USPS regulations, we are not able to request any tracking information or file for a loss until after 60 days from the date shipped. [See insurance information below.]

How can I protect my order against loss, damage, or theft after it leaves your facility?

At the time of purchase, you may request that USPS insurance be added (for a fee) to your order. This will protect your order in the rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Insurance for USA Orders

All products are shipped in excellent condition when they leave our facilities. World Image Naturals, Inc. is not responsible for products that become damaged, lost, or stolen once they leave our premises. You may request that insurance be added to your order, if protection against damage or loss is desired.

Insurance Charges for USA Orders:

Insurance for International Orders

All products are shipped in excellent condition when they leave our facilities. World Image Naturals, Inc. is not responsible for products that become damaged, lost, or stolen once they leave our premises.

Insurance will be added as an additional charge (after order is submitted) for all International orders.

International Insurance Charges:

Amount added depends upon country and value. Please send email for exact quote -- or else we'll just add it accordingly.

World Image Naturals, Inc. is not responsible for products that become damaged, lost or stolen after leaving our facilities. Please request that insurance be added (for a fee), if protection against damage or loss is desired. Please consult your nutritionally-oriented, healthcare provider before using any supplements. No claims or guarantees for any results are made or implied. All sales are final. Incorrectly shipped orders should be brought to our attention within 3 days of receiving them. A return authorization number must be issued, by us, for any unopened products that we consider returnable (i.e. incorrectly shipped) before they may be returned. Orders received without authorization are returned to sender, refused, or discarded. We cannot accept returns on (correctly shipped) opened or unopened nutritional/dietary supplements or products. This is a safety precaution which helps ensure that products which are shipped to you have not been previously shipped to and handled by other customers. No refunds on shipping/handling, opened products, books, audio CDs, or correctly shipped supplements or products. There is a $15.00 fee for any check (electronic or normal) that is returned for any reason (e.g. refusal to pay, payee not on file, insufficient funds, bank error, or any other reasons).
