Suggested Use:

4 to 8 (small) MSM Capsules - twice daily for normal maintenance

1 teaspoon MSM Powder - twice daily for normal maintenance

Take with morning and evening meals. MSM taken with food or beverage. [Do not take with alcoholic drinks.]
