How can I find out the status of my order?
USA: For orders shipped to an address in the USA and its territories:
You should have received an email confirmation not long after you placed your online order. If not, please contact us immediately by email: Click Here to Send Email.
Orders are generally shipped on the same business day that they are received. If you did receive an email confirmation, but have not received your order within 8 weeks since it was placed, contact us by email: Click Here to Send Email. Thank you.
For more information about your order, please Click Here.
INTERNATIONAL: For orders shipped to an address outside of the USA:
You should have received an email confirmation not long after you placed your online order. If not, please contact us immediately by email: Click Here to Send Email.
Orders are generally shipped on the same business day that they are received. If you did receive an email confirmation, but have not received your order within 90 days since it was placed, contact us by email: Click Here to Send Email. Thank you.
